Applications Open for 2025-2026

Applications for all fall, academic year, spring, and summer applications for 2025-2026 are now open. Deadlines are below. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Application Deadlines for Off-Campus Study

  • November 7, 2024 - Japan Study and Oxford University applications due
  • January 29, 2025 - All affiliated program applications due (except Japan Study and Oxford)
  • February 26, 2025 - London Centre applications due
  • April 1, 2025 - OCP Scholarship application due
  • Spring 2026 - Senegal applications for Spring Term 2027
  • The Off-Campus Programs application including completed recommendations must be submitted one month before the program provider's deadline for Spring semester ²¹±è±è±ô¾±³¦²¹³Ù¾±´Ç²Ô²õ.Ìý

Application Process

  1. Complete the Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ Off-Campus Programs application. Go to the and log in with your LU credentials. Complete all forms and submit your application. Note:
    • You can save and return to your application as often as needed before submitting.
    • You may submit your application even if you are still waiting for faculty recommendations.
    • For more information on what the different application components entail, go to our page.
  2. Complete the program-specific application for all affiliated programs. Deadlines vary by program, but all will be due after the Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ Off-Campus Programs application. More information can be found through the programs' information pages (linked from our Approved Programs list). Note:
    • London Centre and Senegal programs only require the Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ application - as they are Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ-run programs.

Reminder about Eligibility

  • Any student who will have sophomore status at the time of their off-campus program is invited to apply. Please note that some programs may impose their own class standing requirements.
  • Students must be in good academic standing and able to pass a conduct review. Additionally, students on academic or disciplinary probation in the term prior to their program will not be allowed to participate regardless of their standing at the time of application.
  • Student's proposed off-campus program must not stand in the way of student's degree progression.
  • Student must show academic preparedness for program; any pre-requisites must be met.
