Student Support, Connections and Programming
The Diversity and Intercultural Center offers resources for students from diverse backgrounds such as individual cultural support, resources, connections to the surrounding community, and programming including workshops, forums, discussions, and cultural conversations.
A Safe Space to Gather
The Gender Sexuality Diversity Center (GSDC) is a community space on campus where queer Lawrentians and their allies can gather. The GSDC is a safe space for queer identifying Lawrentians of all backgrounds and celebrates the intersections of sexual orientation, gender identity, racial and ethnic background, socioeconomic status, ability, and other diverse identities.
Exploring Faith and Spirituality
The Office of Spiritual and Religious Life educates and models exploration and expressions of faith and spirituality. We nurture a welcoming, supportive, courageous environment where people engage one another for meaningful and balanced living.
Recognizing Indigenous Communities
Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ is located on the ancestral homelands of the Menominee and Ho-Chunk people, and Indigenous students have been part of the institution since its earliest days. Recognizing these Indigenous connections and communities is integral to the university’s diversity, equity, and inclusion work.
