Examine how horror films elicit fear and revulsion, but also fascination and delight in order to address complex social and psychological issues. Approach this intriguing genre through a variety of contexts and lenses including gender, sexuality, ethnicity, and the body; film theory and style; and German cultural history. Taught in English.

Get Immersive
Spend a weekend at beautiful µþÂáö°ù°ì±ô³Ü²Ô»å±ð²Ô, Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ’s estate on the shores of Lake Michigan. Spend time with faculty members and students outside of the classroom perfecting your skills. Combine language immersion and cultural exploration with nature walks and scenic vistas.
