Dr. Picardi is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with over 25 years of experience including human resource management positions, as an organizational consultant, and as a professor serving both psychology programs. She has designed and led initiatives in the areas of organizational culture, talent acquisition, job analysis and design, learning and development, compensation strategy, performance management, employee engagement, leadership coaching, and assessment of HR technology solutions and platforms. Dr. Picardi has partnered with organizations including MetLife, the United Nations-UNICEF, Habitat for Humanity, The Klein Memorial Auditorium, The WorkPlace, LifeBridge Community Services, and the Aspetuck Land Trust on consulting engagements in the areas of leadership assessment centers, competency model development, culture change, employee performance, conflict resolution, and building high performance teams. Dr. Picardi's research focus is on employee performance management and has published studies examining the impact of rating scale design and multi-rater evaluation on performance rating accuracy. At Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ, she teaches Introduction to I/O Psychology, Diverse Groups and Teams, Organizational Development, and Senior Capstone.
