This summer, the Friends of µþÂáö°ù°ì±ô³Ü²Ô»å±ð²Ô Leadership Team worked diligently to organize two outdoor concerts to bring many more people to µþÂáö°ù°ì±ô³Ü²Ô»å±ð²Ô besides the weekly seminar participants. The concerts were promoted with ads in The Pulse, posters displayed in store windows or on public bulletin boards, and, of course, emails, social media, and word of mouth. One of the primary goals of hosting these events was for people of all ages, both tourists and Door County residents, to attend and see for themselves what a welcoming and idyllic place µþÂáö°ù°ì±ô³Ü²Ô»å±ð²Ô is, truly a must-see destination!

The first concert was July 31st starring Zephyr Ciesar and attracted well over 160 attendees. On August 28th, with Katie Dahl and Eric Lewis performing, approximately 250 people attended. Both events were held from 4:30-6:30pm with free admission, and, thankfully, the weatherman cooperated perfectly! For many audience members, the concerts brought them to µþÂáö°ù°ì±ô³Ü²Ô»å±ð²Ô for the first time, and, hopefully, they will return for more special events in the future.
