The following healthcare services are available to all Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ students:

  • Examination and treatment for minor illness and injury
  • Over-the-counter and prescription medications
  • Laboratory testing
  • Sexually transmitted disease testing
  • Assistance with injections—allergy shots, hormone replacement, and others
  • Immunizations and travel information
  • Gynecological care
  • Free condoms
  • Pregnancy testing and emergency contraception
  • Referrals to specialist as needed
  • Flu shots*

NOTE: All allergy injections and lab tests (except dip stick urinalysis, pregnancy tests, and strep tests) must be completed during physician hours.

Flu Shots

Flu shots are recommended for all students at Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ. Wellness Services will hold flu shot clinics and appointments throughout the term for students to receive a vaccine.

Medical Fees

Wellness Services strives to provide affordable quality care to students. Any charges incurred in Wellness Services will be applied to student accounts. There is no money exchange at the Health Center. Please contact the Director of Health Services with any concerns regarding costs.

  • Medications and services - free or minimal charge
  • Lab tests* - minimal fee for lab collection

*Lab tests, including STD testing, is completed by an off-campus provider. You will beÌýbilled either directly or through your health insurance. The minimal fee for lab collection will also be charged to your Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½ÊÓƵ Student Account. While Wellness Services and the lab maintain strict confidentiality, insurance companies may share test names and fees with your insurance policy holder.Ìý
