I am a musician who is passionate about drawing audiences deeply into the art of sound; an educator who cares deeply about nurturing an interest in growth and discovery; and an entrepreneur who continually searches for meaningful ways to engage communities.

My research experience is in microeconomic theory and game theory, and these are fields that I teach as well. I also enjoy teaching in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship program. I am interested in pedagogical innovation, especially at liberal arts colleges.

What I love about religious studies is the way it allows for studying how groups of people find meaning in their lives and impart value to the world around them.
